Rumi Basketball University – High-Performance Camp Overview
This high-performance basketball camp is led by pro and college experienced coaches who will support and challenge athletes to develop their growth mindset, basketball IQ and advanced skill development.
During a purposeful and intense 5 day schedule, players will learn:
- Advanced shooting & footwork
- Dominating on defence
- Fundamentals of post offense & defence
- Playing without the ball
- Setting goals, measuring progress & practising with a PDIFF mindset
- Developing an explosive step, penetrating the paint & finishing at the rim
- Studying film & watching NBA/NCAA/CIS games like a coach
- Developing confidence & improving athletic performance
- 5 on 5 game play
